FAQ
How Can I Access My AINEO Secure Account
There are at least three ways you can access your email via
1) Browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Etc)
2) Zimbra Desktop software which can be downloaded here.
3) Microsoft Outlook (let us know if you want the connector)
4) Via IMAP or POP3 in any mail client, such as mail on your Mac. With SSL, the server name is zmail.aineo.net for both sending and receiving. Port numbers are IMAP: 993 and SMTP: 465. Without SSL, zmail.bqf.jp will also work.
You can sync your iPhone, iPad, Android, or Windows Mobile with the service for your calendar, tasks, and address book (task sync is not fully supported by some devices). You just set up your account as an exchange account. Please let us know if you have any questions.
What Is Zimbra?
Zimbra is a all in one messaging and collaboration suite of products provided in AINEO Secure.

ZCS 5.0 also includes an elegant Ajax based Admin Interface plus full scripting tools to manage the ZCS server. Full support is provided for standards-based APIs (IMAP / POP / iCal / CalDAV) as well as MAPI and iSync, which enable seamless compatibility with other clients like Microsoft Outlook, Apple desktop suite, and Mozilla Thunderbird.
